HR Manager
Our client, a reputable multinational manufacturing concern is looking to employ a seasoned HR generalist who is able to manage a "hands-on", end-to-end HR function including IR/ER, OD/OE, Learning & Development and a full payroll function. Looking for a mature, articulate professional with a proven HR track record.
Key requirements
1. Minimum of 8 years end-to-end HR generalist experience 2. Payroll Management experience 3. SAGE 300 4. Strong IR/ER/Union experience specifically within a manufacturing environment 5. EE candidates only 6. Relevant HR degree or diploma 7. Mature individual with strong communication skills.
